Peace! I'm Cam, Founder, CTO, Neuro-IoT Engineer, Systems Designer, and Platform Architect at The Spectral Theory. Spectral is where we bridge tech, wellness, and entrepreneurship to empower founders as we are grounded in the belief that every entrepreneur is a Creative Engineer. As Founder & CTO, I’ve built this incubator to align engineering, education, and mental health—helping entrepreneurs bring their visions to life.
My journey spans software engineering, neuroscience, and sustainable AI infrastructures across all industries, with experience at Qualcomm, Carnegie Mellon, and leading community-driven innovation.
After experience in my 2nd Master’s in Biomedical Engineering and as the first student in the BMED Ph.D. level Engineering Education Research program at Georgia Tech, I committed fully to designing solutions that make entrepreneurship a holistic experience for Black-owned businesses and the people they serve.

At 22, I had an epiphany that all solutions for problems related to communication can be identified and developed through the reflection of Translational Computer Engineering Design–applying inputs-processes-outputs-feedback to every technical and creative system to support the compartmentalization and communication of unseen challenges in the world.
At 24 years old while attending Carnegie Mellon University, Silicon Valley pursuing my Master's degree in Software Engineering, I began expressing these ideas in the form of a podcast-styled IGTV show called STOCHED.
STOCHED was inspired by my love for stoichiometry, a concept learned in Chemical Engineering related to the process of balancing materials and chemical components in a written equation.
My mission since then has been to develop a generic equation for life, a pivoting starting point that changes over time from person to person.
This was the beginning.
