Spectral Theory is a Tech-and-Wellness Robotics Studio based in Los Angeles, CA with members around the world.
“Where rhythm meets memory, and documentation becomes legacy.”
Spectral is a system for creatives and developers alike — to document, perform, and preserve their ideas
in code, visuals, or sound. Whether you build platforms or pitch decks, mixtapes or modules,
this is your stage, your blueprint, and your broadcast.

Dreamers MVP is our community-accessible test tool and collaboration experience —built for those turning their purpose into products. Spectral Theory powers the world like a console, while Dreamers offers the game. Within this experience, founders can create, collaborate, and validate their projects & business MVPs across these four realms:

A platform where entrepreneurs can share stories and value through their MVPs, offer services, and book consultations—built to spotlight founders through curated digital storefronts.

The storytelling engine of Dreamers we call Xenon—supporting brand strategy, launch campaigns, and impact-driven partnerships for scale.

Where purpose meets play. These are our creative pop-ups with founders in their city. The Dreamers Chess Club is our community activation and events branch, hosting gatherings, panels, and wellness experiences.

Our creative engineering IP Ownership Rhythm & Robotics Studio where Spectral Theory and Recess Academy come together for founders' best interest in mind. This studio is where prototypes, brand kits, and technical blueprints are designed. Founders at any stage can start here.

Camille Camejo, M.Sc. is the Founder & CTO of Spectral Theory, a video game console-like Robotics Product Studio connected to Dreamers MVP Innovation Incubator via Dreamers IP Ownership Atelier, 1 of the 4 founder-1st spaces in the Dreamers ecosystem. Her experience spans enterprise software at Qualcomm, engineering education research at Georgia Tech, and software engineering design at Carnegie Mellon – bridging community innovation at the intersections of tech, wellness, and design justice.
Known as the “Dean of Dreams,” Camille brings a background in software engineering, neuroscience, and wellness innovation to build systems that connect creativity with ownership.
Dreamers is dedicated to helping entrepreneurs turn ideas into protected intellectual property.
Camille also founded Recess, the Tech-and-Wellness Rhythm Academy, now moving from early mockups and wellness-driven prototypes as projects into individual or joint educational tech accelerators available to founders through Recess' Partner, Legacy, and Scholar Labs. Recess has also been recognized as an Engineering Bootcamp by Figma, a UI/UX tool for designers everywhere.
Its mission is to open an in-person studio for choreography in the front and technology design in the back, raising funds for our Dreamers In Need with disabilities and diseases and the families of our Dreamers in Paradise.
Across every project, Spectral Theory is guided by the belief that every entrepreneur is a Creative Engineer — capable of turning prototypes, stories, and collaborations into lifelong credentials and owned IP.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
At 22, Camille Camejo had an epiphany that all solutions for problems related to communication can be identified and developed through the reflection of Translational Computer Engineering Design–applying 1) inputs 2) processes 3) outputs and 4) feedback to every technical and creative system to support the compartmentalization and communication of unseen challenges in the world.
At 24 years old while attending Carnegie Mellon University–Silicon Valley pursuing her Master's degree in Software Engineering, she began expressing these ideas of alignment across inter- and intra-personal communication channels in the form of a podcast-styled IGTV show called STOCHED.
STOCHED was inspired by Camille's love for stoichiometry, a concept learned in Chemical Engineering related to the process of balancing materials and chemical components in a written equation – e = mc2. Our mission since then has been to develop a generic equation for life, a pivoting starting point that changes over time from person to person.
This equation is now called Xenon, emerging as the real-time reflection of our RSNTN Framework in action within each founder. RSNTN was just validated at Georgia Tech's 2025 Lifetime Learning Symposium in a talk entitled From Ideas to IP: Frequency-Based AI Credentials for Lifetime Entrepreneurial Ownership.
This was the beginning.
